Please read our policy carefully before booking. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following terms.
late arrivals.
Please notify us if you are running late. While we will do our best to accommodate you, we cannot guarantee you will still be seen. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will incur a $10 late fee.
Cancellations.
Clients must cancel at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a $15 cancellation fee. Failure to cancel (no-show/no-call) will result in a charge for the full remaining balance of the scheduled service and may result in loss of booking privileges for future appointments.

All payments and deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
